Our Core Services

Reproductive and preconception care provided by a Nurse Practitioner outside of a fertility clinic setting. Services may include cycle tracking, fertility-related laboratory testing, review of results, home insemination guidance, referrals, and early pregnancy care and requisitions. Care can support both home-based family building and preparation for transition into fertility clinic care.

Specialized counselling related to fertility, donor conception, family building, and early pregnancy. Services may include decision-making support, treatment-related stress, pregnancy loss, relationship and co-parenting support, and counselling related to donor conception. Care is provided within a queer- and trans-affirming framework.
